Look One

Blush & Burgundy

Desert red and dusty rose create a feeling of warmth and intimacy. Homes will be layered, expressive and unapologetically individual. Look out for decadent fabrics such as boucle, leather, suede and linen. Carefully selected furniture from King Living, Coco Republic and Family Love Tree will be a combination of rich, soft earthy tones and exaggerated curves.

Look Two

This look will encapsulate the highly coveted romance and glamour of The Hamptons. A neutral palette dotted with accents of ocean-inspired hues, warming hints of timber, rattan and a nod to seaside style is the epitome of this coastal aesthetic. Crisp white linens scattered amongst subtle tones of greys and blues will add contrast; a mix of rattan and rope will introduce texture and interest.

Look Three

Olive & Rust

Look Three embraces natural elements and hues to encourage visitors to feel optimistic, nourished and grounded. Black timber pieces are accompanied by vegan leather, olive boucle and light layers of linen. The final touches of preserved florals and clay decor will add sculptural beauty to any home.

How It Works

A senior designer will meet you at your home to determine what is required in order to have your home ready for sale. We will discuss the property’s potential, the design direction for your property and a layout best suited to your home.

Within 24 hours of our appointment you will receive a proposal and quote for your property. The proposal will include all the details discussed in the consultation including example imagery, suggested layout, and quote for the staging.

Should you need advice on pre-sale preparation including paint colours, small refurbishments, window treatments, etc, your senior designer will provide professional advice in the proposal.

Upon acceptance of your proposal, we’ll be in touch to arrange all the finer details of your install, based on your deadlines and our availability. We typically prefer to install a property the day prior to photography and ideally, 1–2 weeks notice is advised.

This is when Louise Mackay Interior Design transforms your property. On the day of your install, our designers and operations team will place all your furniture as outlined in your proposal. While the process typically takes a few hours, it can take up to a full day, depending on the size of your property.

Upon the sale of your property, or once your contract has expired, we will touch base to arrange the removal. We are happy to discuss extensions  of your rental period at any stage.

“We engaged Louise and her team and were absolutely blown away by their attention to detail and vision they had for the property. We truly believe it was the secret sauce which assisted our vendor get a cartwheel result for their property.”

"My first meeting with Louise was a pleasure from the start. She immediately set my mind at ease with her competence and confidence at the task I had set her. This being a quick to market sale of two weeks. In that short time she provided me with a total house staging plan with full colours and concepts. Amazingly, two days later the house was staged. Throughout this process Louise always kept me informed of the step-by-step plans via phone and email. During this time I found Louise a pleasure to get along with, easy to talk to and quick to understand my brief. Her positive nature and can-do attitude made the whole process flow smoothly. So if asked would I ever use her services again, it was be a resounding YES!"
